      Pros

      As an engineering cooperative education student I learned a lot while there. The other employees were extremely nice and the management was understanding and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Factory work was not well suited for me. The job was slightly monotonous and got boring quickly. As a co-op/intern, I was usually at the bottom of the totem pole when I needed something to get done.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
