      The company is a meritocracy and rewards performance. Supportive management team that encourages success in all its employees. Your ideas can come to life here. Creativity is encouraged and supported.

      Cons

      Tough commute if you live in Manhattan. Wish they had flex hours set up. They are considering this and it will make it more attractive for people who commute from a distance. Traffic is terrible around the office HQ.

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
