      Pros

      Pay, no micromanaging, overtime as much as you want up to 60 hrs, prioritize saftey, laid back atmosphere, 401k

      Cons

      Depending on which department you work in, you have a rotating schedule (4 week days, 4 week nights, one weekend on, one weekend off). Dealing with fiberglass (again,depending on which dept. you hire into). Some coworkers who cry for just about everything.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
