Pros
Ethical and hard-working management, smart and available engineers. It feels like a team here, people respect each other and the work. Lots of parties, fantastic monthly breakfasts together and company happy hours, no one breathing down your neck if you stop to have a chat in the kitchen. Total open door with even the most senior people at the company. Bottom to top, everyone is valued for their contributions. Successes are shared and people look out for each other. People are friendly and genuinely like each other and the work. Morale seems high and the future looks promising. Good benefits for health insurance, dental, vision, PTO, parental leave, etc.
Cons
Could improve communications to the staff. Sometimes people don't know what's going on because announcements are done informally and not everyone is there.
