      Property work. Opportunity to work in "cats". Understand need for time off. Loose management style with out micro managing workers.

      Numbers. review of numbers only to form plan / opinion of needed action regardless of what makes up the numbers.

      Pros

      Awesome place to work! Management was like family! Amazing company and it's demise is a tragedy. Best coworkers ever- congenial, cooperative work environment.

      Cons

      They were behind the times with respect to technology and investing on company infrastructure and resources. This may have contributed to demise.
