No proper roaster management. If you're from another country, you wont get holidays whenever you need. They will put holidays as per their convenience. After some time you'll see the partiality. If you need help and contact HR in head office which is in UK they'll direct you to talk with the lady who makes roaster who never helps. They'll make sure to get on your nerves every week.
