The company is a total mess: we had consistent CRM and software issues typically due to lack of payment, little to no communication regarding production on jobs, and they didn't have funding available to fulfill commitments or pay employees on time [we had multiple weeks where paychecks went missing or were significantly "discounted"]. Leadership is a joke and doesn't feel the need to proactively communicate with managers/teams about training, upcoming events, goals or anything important to the business. There were numerous instances where myself and my teammates were openly bullied and ridiculed by "sales leadership". Commitments from leadership rarely, if ever, were fulfilled. They do enjoy taking many expensive trips to visit their offices but aren't willing to put forth resources to actually build the business. If you're looking for a clown show, this is the place to be. If you want to actually be heard, be part of a legitimate company that respects their team, you'd be better served elsewhere.
