      Flexible hours, 21 days PTO, no micromanagement.

      Cons

      Constant changing without much thought or employee support. Company started off amazing but I struggle with their vision and direction now.

      A clear focus on serving clients and talent well Small core team that works very well together Wonderful people across the world that are apart of the G2i community Great value proposition of transparent vetting that serves both hiring manager and engineer looking for a job

      struggles with external communication with our developer community needs to do a better job getting feedback from their developers and clients on how to improve improve marketing and outreach to grow
