Pros
I can’t speak to the restaurant management, my review is specifically for the corporate office. As to the corporate office, I’ve worked in few places worse, trying to objectively come up with a pro and can’t find one. I will say that there are a few good hard working people there, but very beaten down and really quite sad.
Cons
Fear based management is the norm. From the ownership on down. Usually with fear based management you at least know where you stand; not the case here. Somehow they would use intimidation but would also have no problem making things appear ok enough to were if you just keep putting in 60 hours a week you will be fine. Smiling to your face and stabbing you in the back. I have absolutely zero respect for anybody at the top of management here, and even less for the ownership that allows and even encourages this disgusting environment. Do not work here, especially at the higher levels unless you fit this mold or you will not last long. Beyond the culture, systems and process are a mess and you are expected to deliver impossible results without support or investment required to improve the mess.
