Pros

** You get to serve others and meet new people every day

Cons

** POOR MGMT. If you want a great staff, then hire qualified people who know how to lead. ** LOW WAGES FOR MORE WORK. If you want to keep your people, pay them better because with more responsibility comes more stress and burnout. If you keep paying low and without ANY form of positive opportunity (i.e. pay increase, room to grow/advance/move forward), people will quit and move on. Not to mention, this also results in people calling out sick more often, which results in poor/low company morale. ** NO ROOM TO GROW. It's just a paycheck.

Pros

Good pay Good team and mix of new and tenured employees

Cons

Health benefit premiums are way too much and do not have a good vacation policy. Have to wait 1 year for 1 week of time off.

you get tips but that's it.

Cons

Racism runs deep in this company and this airport at LAX. White supremacy and colorism and classism still exists. They don't like me and discriminated me. They were gonna fire me anyways because I was asian adn they didn't like me. They pay you minimum wage below airport wage and you have to pay for parking and it takes almost 2 hours just to go to work with the aiport traiffic and the time back home which you don't get paid for. Its not worth it. They didn't like the fact that I quit this job so they blacklisted me and told bad things lies about me to my next job.
