- great benefits (100% company paid medical benefits for any coverage -- that means for yourself, you+spouse, family, etc) -- this is a huge benefit that is not very common. - management is constantly evaluating the benefits offered to ensure they are competitive and of interest to employees. - owners truly care about their employees, I have seen them go out of their way and demonstrate true kindness and generosity. - the work is interesting, no day is the same! - Innovation is encouraged in every position, not just engineering. - Small business, close knit team. The employees make work fun and interesting!
Cons
- G2 Ops has been in business for over 10 years. They still have a "start-up" like culture, but are a matured organization now. Sometimes this type of company isn't for everyone.
