G2 Legal is a specialist legal recruitment company and every consultant here really knows their stuff, with the vast majority having many years' experience or some form of legal background themselves (no 'cowboys' here!!). It's a professional and corporate environment, very much focusing on quality over quantity and as such there are no KPIs. Great commission schemes too - which are uncapped - as well as a great work/life balance. You won't be frowned upon for leaving after you've completed your core hours (just work hard when you're in and get your job done). Let's not forget 'Beers Friday', target lunches, and the excellent Christmas parties!
Cons
You'll be on basic salary but really to make money you'll focus on securing your commission. However, this comes hand in hand with recruitment as a whole - if you're not looking to work hard to get that money in, don't go into recruitment! Except for commission and bonus schemes, there aren't any other benefits (for example, no medical). Although I believe benefits do come into place at certain position levels/after certain length of employment.
