- Nice colleagues, people like each other - Quarterly bonus payments tied to individual performance - Managing Directors who are accessible to juniors - Long hours but firm is actively hiring - Tons of senior women
Cons
- Growing pains - still need more AI, knowledge management - A few bad apples still linger - people who think the hours were advertised as less so expect to work 9-5 and have weekends totally off - is the pay the same as bulge brackets, no of course not but people aren't mean and opportunities to be exposed to good work are there
