      High salaries, Qualified colleagues, A lot of learning experience,

      Extremely bad management of CEO. He does not know anything about running an IT company. He is a master of manipulation/lying. When people start to notice these things, the atmosphere/respect to him is stepping down. He does absolutely nothing to make things better. Managers try their best but CEO decisions are absolute and most of the time - wrong. G1ANT fired whole developers team TWICE. Go ahead and think about it.

Please note that G1ANT is a startup and sometimes we have to make hard decisions in order for it to grow the fastest way possible.
