Pros

* Good Culture * Slightly better than average industry pay. * Most of the leadership members are great.

Cons

* Not an established startup, if Client cancels the project our employment is in risk. * Chennai company had 45-50 members faced difficulties in employment because of bad client. 50 % were offered a position with client and fired few later. 50 % were forced to resign and get another job in 2 months. Still unclear about the internal games played by G10x and client for destroying a 50 member team.

Thank you very much for the valuable feedback. Sincere gratitude for acknowledging _G10X’s culture and competitive compensation & benefits. At _G10X, we believe in delivering the right outcomes for our customers and rigorous planning plays an important role in achieving this goal. Involving identified team members early on in the sales cycle in-line with principles of “Form-Storm-Norm-Perform” helps fulfillment of desired skillsets and qualities required to successfully deliver the projects. We continue to foster this culture so that the team members are able to participate right from the solution conceptualization phase and well prepared to kick-start from Day 1 of the engagement. However, there are several external factors that influence success of sales or new project/customer onboarding and it’s quite unfortunate that you were disappointed with one such experience that did not go the way all of us would have wanted. As an organization that operates with a motto of “Customer Obsession”, we strive hard to delight our customers through hyper personalised engagement. With each customer/business looking for partnership with an Organization like ours to improve their business capabilities through technology transformation, we are mindful and appreciative of the everchanging dynamics in the marketplace they operate in. There is nothing called as a “bad customer” - Projects that are focused on business strategy and transformation calls for high degree of adaptability, flexibility and nimbleness from the partners to meet the customer’s business objectives. Often situations like these are misinterpreted leading to incorrect beliefs. We sincerely believe that you will experience these situations as you grow the ranks and would gain better appreciation of the industry dynamics. Once again many thanks for your feedback and wishing you the very best!

Pros

During my time at G10X , I had anticipated being part of a dynamic, professional, and collaborative work environment. However, what I experienced was a company that operates in a highly centralized manner, with a single individual exerting significant influence over all key decisions. This approach has led to a notable concentration of power, which shapes the overall organizational culture. The leadership structure, particularly at senior levels, seems heavily reliant on the approval of this individual, which has created an environment where decision-making is cautious and reserved. There is a noticeable atmosphere of restraint among senior leaders, as many are hesitant to act independently or express differing views. This dynamic can limit innovation, hinder open communication, and slow down the development of new ideas. there are always resistance to suggested cultural shifts, particularly in decision-making and leadership dynamics, as those benefiting from the current setup might prefer maintaining the status quo. Neutral or general feedback risks being overlooked if leadership doesn’t perceive it as urgent or specific enough. . To drive meaningful improvement, it would require open dialogue and a stronger commitment to acting on constructive input.

Cons

Internally, there is a distinct gap between the external image G10X portrays and the internal experiences of its employees. Externally, the company presents itself as progressive, innovative, and employee-centric. However, within the organization, there are challenges in aligning this vision with the day-to-day reality. Employees may feel that opportunities for their contributions to be fully acknowledged or recognized are limited, and this can lead to a sense of disconnect. A more balanced approach to employee engagement and decision-making could bridge this gap and enhance the work environment.
