      Freedom and trust. Nobody bothers with you as long as your timely and give a honest day's work

      Undermanned every year. Forces employees to work 50-60 hrs a week.

      No much bad to say. Sometimes the work can become stressful if you don't manage your time properly. But other than that great place.
