Pros
The people are incredibly driven and professional in the work they do.
Cons
1. Directors need to review how they manage their staff, there was a mentality of “nobody stays here long” and that is because of poor retention because staff are not looked after as I will go into now. 2. Poor salarys despite CFO hiring “old mates” on salaries that would make a corrupt politician blush. Wouldn’t be so bad if they did any good. 3. Benefit package was non existent besides holiday. Team members are expected to work on bank holidays if needed. 4. People had Covid and were still in the office, don’t need an explanation as to why this is a bad thing. 5. The way senior staff talks to their employees can be very disrespectful. I know I am not the first to say this, but an office shouldn’t be somewhere that rudeness is tolerated even if it is a family run company.
