      * Colleagues are friendly * Very relaxed on uniform * Good office & facilities including equipment * Values overall seemed to be really good

      Cons

      * No progression for role * Constant restructures in my short time there * Very low pay * Lack of Management in specific role - I had no manager for half of my time at the job.
