We'd like to respond to this review because our company culture is incredibly important to us, as is the high value we place on our training program, which enables us to prepare employees to serve our clients, and maintain our extraordinarily high client satisfaction ratings.
We have found that people often report high stress levels when the role or the company is not the right fit. Part of our success is due to the fact that we have retained the best and brightest employees who are the right fit for the right job. We’ve had wonderful, smart people join our team who simply were not the right fit. We realize that startup culture, and our culture in particular, is not right for everyone. We value and respect everyone who has worked for our organization, and appreciate feedback.
