      Pros

      The best company I've ever worked for. I work there only a few years, but the executives are superb & truly know what they are doing. They understand the buyer and care about their people and customers. Jill, Marcie, & Misha are all fantastic people & have endless knowledge to learn from. Can't recommend enough!

      Cons

      The corporate office isn't as nice as the field offices

      Pros

      Wonderful people, work hours were fantastic, company culture is great, the Ezratti family are the nicest people ever & the COO is extremely kind.

      Cons

      Ms. Vice President lived in another state but hated when people under her traveled in a remote role, she is notorious in the company for multiple things.

      Good Pay, end of year Bonus, HealthCare Benefits

      Cons

      They don’t keep you informed on your next project, your just stuck waiting for an update. Corporate appears to favorite University Of Florida graduates, they seem to cater to them more than others. Employees here typically been with the company for 10+ years, so it’s hard to get promoted. Plus they have Favoritism, Nepotism in their corporate culture. Homeowners in the Boca Raton area is very difficult to work with.
