      If you're at a starting point of your career you will meet great people. Add the new environment to the equation, and you will have much fun learning and hanging out.

      Cons

      If you're in the company for more than 5 years, sadly it feels like the company doesn't have a plan for you in the long run. You are expected to do anything without having an opinion of how you want your career to advance.

      Pros

      Good for students and interns, the learning curve is steep at the beginning, you can learn a lot from good professionals. You can ask anyone everyone will help and tech you. Lots of fringe benefits like food in restaurants, gym, cell phone per 3 years and cell phone subscription.

      Cons

      The salary is lower compared to competitors, as a senior there is nothing more to gain. Lot of people on that position leave because of that, lowering the morale. In short good for newbies and not so good for seniors.
