They give you the salary on time, i.e. before the current month ends, That's pretty much it.
Cons
Oh boy, where do I start. You cannot think differently than your boss, you must not have your own opinion, disagreeing does not exist in their dictionary, if you don't "go with the flow" you will eventually be singled out and your contract will be terminated. Every fairy tale you might hear about this place is a lie. You can be the hardest working employee, spending years there giving your soul, they will literally get rid of you while inventing nonsense as a reason for contract termination.
