Pros

Interesting, isn’t it, how the companies that claim they value individualism tend to be the ones that ultimately have the most conformist culture? They make a big deal of knowing everyone’s Myers-Briggs but managers have no clue what to do with that information in terms of staff or team development. The perks (casual all the time, compressed work week, lots of free food) were attractive just out of college but the pay is low and the benefits are expensive.

Cons

Fuzion is a fishbowl of clicks, gossip, favoritism and internal politics that has come together under a forced Don’t Worry Be Happy (OR ELSE) motto. Serious people should steer clear because if one doesn’t adhere to the motto and play the teachers pet games, Senior Management (bobbing like corks in their own sea of dysfunction) will paint a bullseye on your back and poof! your job will be gone. I bet the revolving door will never get rusty. This is a good place for an internship but not for a long-term career. By the time Fuzion figures out what it’s doing or who it wants to be and given the age of their policyholders and the expenses involved in serving their care needs the doors probably won’t be open anymore.
