      Pros

      Great people to work for and with, and the clients were doing really meaningful thing so it was fulfilling work to do.

      Cons

      It’s a start-up so sometimes they can be disorganized. Also, as a Catholic company with Catholic clients, the money is not great so salaries were tight.

      You work with a really incredible team who are devoted to the mission of bringing the best marketing practices to Catholic companies.

      Cons

      Any job where you work with clients will have its challenges. You might not always agree with what the client decides on a project, but as long as you keep a positive attitude and can take feedback you will be okay.
