Very nice colleagues, business is booming. Plenty of room for growth. Staff care about wanting to improve themselves and their output quality. Plenty of work. Snack cupboard stocked with snacks. Beautiful location. Amazing studio with showers and a makers room available with everything you could ever want from 3d printer to t-shirt press/vinyl cutter and soldering iron. Allows you to use any software you want. Upper management actively listen to any way you think could improve quality, from hardware and software to actual workflow and pipeline. Useful flexi time Very approachable management and founders. All upper staff genuinely care about you and about what you're creating as a team

Not many oppertunities to express yourself creatively. If your goal is to workcon things that will enhance your portfolio, you'll need to do that in your own time.

Been working at Futurium full time for many years now and as a whole it's a great company to work for. Coworkers are really friendly and hardworking, they know how to have a laugh and joke around even in buzziest of times. Since starting I have developed new skills that have helped me improve as a 3D artist. The teams come from a lot of different back grounds and are happy to lend a hand in improving your skills. The comany is pretty laid back, as long as the projects are on track.

You'll find most of the project feel the same, though they are different, once you've learned the basics of the pipeline and work flows, it will start to feel repetitive.
