Kind co-worker, lots of opportunity to jump right into the thick of production. Even though people are busy in the thick of production, they are always there to help you out and answer any questions you have. They want to see you grow and you can feel the support the moment you walk in the door.

Can't think of any. I guess parking around the office is a pain but other than that it was a very rewarding experience.
