- Unrealistic quota and very metric driven. You are just a number, and all they care about is how many “billable” hours you’ve earned. No one above you will help you figure things out. - Occasional stealing and lack of recognition for individual contributions - Managers are only concern to have good evaluation in order to take their bonus - Career progression are slow. Processes are quite unclear and decisions can take longer than expected. - Poor work - life balance (very fast paced) If you are serious about your tech career this is not the place for it.
