Pros
Data security is always in the news, and being able to contribute to this field is exciting. I feel like the things I am learning here will keep my skills sharp. When people do the same thing for a company for one or two years, it's easy to get into a rut, but I have never found that to be the case here. I am happy with what I'm doing here
Cons
None that I can think of. This isn't a company you go to if you need to be micromanaged, but I like it that way.
