Pros
In short, I believe that Futurex's two biggest winning factors are our people and our technology. Working alongside a team of passionate, driven individuals is exhilarating. It's not often that you find a work environment where everyone is so committed to achieving the same common goals, but Futurex has done it, and it shows in both the employees and in the results they deliver. Secondly, the technology portfolio is nothing short of stunning. Every day I get to play a vital role involving the cryptographic hardware that protects some of the most sensitive data in the world. Being able to work so closely on such important technology, and working at a company so clearly riding substantial upward momentum, is a feeling that just can't be replicated elsewhere.
Cons
No cons immediately come to mind. One other reviewer put it well in saying "Futurex is not a place to work if you want to sit in a corner and go unnoticed", which is accurate and, in my opinion, a great thing. Individual visibility is very high, which is perfect for people who want to rapidly advance.
