Great team with some questionable leadership - Anonymous employee Futures Employee Review

This company is unbelievable. The leadership allows you to flourish, gives you responsibility without the micro-management, and equips you with the tools, team, and support to do your job. The company is also an extremely ethical company. Believes in being honest, and has a vision to help people gain the training and skills they need to have great careers.

There are really no cons that I can think of.

What I like most about working at Futures is the ability that I have to be creative with my team and the projects that we work on. Here no one is micro managed and you are expected to hold each other accountable for your work. We operate as one cohesive team and are open to new ideas and constantly updating all aspects of our company in order to keep up with the industry. The environment is fast paced and there is never any red tape to get through which is great when you want to implement a new technology or release new content. Another positive is that everyone here believes in the product and has a great attitude about working hard and getting things done.

Roles are not clearly defined which could be frustrating for some. People have to wear multiple hats but the people that work at Futures came here to do just that.
