Not good for someone who doesn’t do well with constant change

Good pay. Work remote from home. Nice coworkers.

Management is toxic and micromanaging. You are not trusted, respected, or valued. They fire very intelligent and great associates with zero notice, it seems to be just to "reorganize" and "restructure" constantly. Lots of politics. No work life balance. You will be tracked for motion, key strokes, clicks, accuracy, output, and even for top performers, you are told it's not enough and to do more. Training is minimal. Associates are treated as numbers, not people. I took a pay cut to work at a much better company who respects their high quality employees - it was the best decision I've ever made and I haven't looked back.
