Great people, spirit of collaboration and transparency. The work we do is really meaningful and exciting, FG really cares about delivering good work and positive impact. Good communityof practices, loads to learn!

Exhausting job.... a lot of turnover (people are exhausted after 1-2 years here!) the pace is crazy (always working in agile sprints). With often a lot of travel involved (be ready to spend months going back and forth between London and Newcastle, Dorchester etc.)

- Great inclusive, diverse workforce - Company actually lives/acts on it's values and a CEO with integrity - Investment in team and individual development - Great office space and facilities/accommodating working spaces - Fun & creative atmosphere

- Only con is that due to fast growth/staff mobile across sites it is difficult to know who is part of which team etc but the team days and org structures help to offset this
