* No basic facilities including coffee or tea * Flexible timing changed to fixed overtime * Management say digitalization without knowing it's meaning * Extreme micromanagement of the system every minute. * Bias in mid management level * 200+ employees left the company since April 2019 and no new employee * New employees serve for a max. Period of 3 to 6 months * Four teams got dissolved in the past 6 months * Never listen to HR calls as they recruit for some specific domain but place you in another team where you don't even have knowledge. Reason being no employee joining the company especially knowing the level and behaviour of managers of those teams. * Only 3 -4 domains exist now: Healthcare, Automotive & Industrial, Chemical, and energy.
