Pros

NONE. At first it sounds like there are pros and then you quickly find out there are none. The CEO changes his mind on a whim and then will blame you and not pay you. Mark A. Jones did this to me TWICE. My bad. I would not even give this company one star except this website forced me to.

Cons

The major CON at this job is CON MAN Mark A. Jones, who tries to make himself out to be this good Mormon from Utah, venture capitalist (who screws over every other company he promises to invest in, and there have been several) with family values (HAHAHAHAHAHA) who has no problem whatsoever completely walking all over anyone who works with him in good faith. It's like you're working for Donald Trump or something, truly. This man seriously has no clue why every single review on this site is negative, he blames it all on a former co-worker instead of maybe thinking that he is at fault.. He completely snowed me to the point where I probably have to take him to court. He lies about sending checks--that's his favorite thing to do. "The check is in the mail." What a crock of sh*t. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS MAN.

Pros

I'm not sure about these other reviews but the CEO mark is a great guy to work for. He's fair and works hard to keep the company running efficiently. Some of the past employees I heard were stealing product and that's not good. But overall I give my 2 years there a 4.5/5*! I look forward to seeing more success

Cons

Other employees not taking the job seriously and being shady

Pros

I learned a lot about the process of the industry.

Cons

The owner/CEO Mark Jones refused to pay us all on time. I would work my hardest for him and then he didn't want to pay me on time. It was rediculous. He needs to learn how to handle employees and treating them better.
