- Low rates (there is a stark difference in rates offered for people from Asia and Europe). - PMs are non-responsive and do not communicate professionally (using email as if it is casual texting). - PMs ignore issues regarding the project and act as if nothing happened. - A few months after project is done and payment is still pending.
