I had a very positive interview experience with the company. The interviewer was knowledgeable and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Instead of focusing only on direct answers, they were interested in understanding my approach and thinking process. It felt more like a collaborative conversation than a formal interview. Overall, it reflected a supportive and learning-oriented culture.

As of now, I haven't encountered any major cons. Every organization has minor areas for improvement, but nothing that stands out as a deal-breaker.
