Long work hours, no set KPIs, no salary growth, no proper planning for anything, everything must be done right now, alternate Saturdays working, expectations to work all weekends, meetings on weekend, people who have left have not been replaced, extreme work load, terribly behaved bosses. Public Holidays are very rare, no wellness leaves, no covid leave, no support to people who got covid, people forced to come to office in the middle of the pandemic, pay cuts for the entire financial year, variable component not given in 3 years.
