Overworked staff - Anonymous employee Future Group Employee Review

There was a time when this seemed a promising company not just in terms of growth but even in terms of career. However, things have now changed. Staff is overworked. Work life balance is zilch. They are cutting down staff and dumping the work of those who exited also on existing staff. There is no time with family or for personal work or even for health. Pathetic state of affairs. They are like slave owners, except that the salary is pretty decent. Very staff unfriendly practices.
