      Pros

      The people where always willing to do what ever they could to help each in completing a customer's order was sent to them on time. That they where all a team who depended on each other to keep that customer's happy.

      Cons

      At times upper mgmt. forgot that we only where successful because we DID work as a team and not a 1 person team.
