      Team spirit is high, new technology is always pouring in. Lots of things to learn. Direct contact with Canadian and US customers is a plus. Get to know a lot of people in the field, and be part of intercontinental projects, now that the company is the number 1 electronic parts distributor in the world.

      Cons

      Fast paced growing company. And no, it is not a disadvantage. It just keeps the company very alive while others are struggling and slowly shut down.

      Great opportunity to learn the industry and see how the semiconductor works and functions across the entire industry and competition

      Cons

      Long term relationships within the company and takes a long time to grow in the company. Accounts takes longer than usual to grow with challenges that comes out of nowhere.
