5yBefore I go any further in this response, if you genuinely feel like you were in a constant state of fear regarding your job I implore you to reach out to our People & Culture team so we can get that dealt with. That is the farthest from the environment we have worked very hard to create.
Change is hard, and Future has changed a LOT over the last couple of years. It's not difficult to admit we weren't as prepared for rapid growth as we should have been, but there's been so much work to address this over the last year that I struggle to agree with you regarding how we handle junior and senior staff members. We're a company which values expertise in every aspect of the company, and sometimes that expertise lies more in developed skill and less in veteran status within the organization.
