- Graduate Scheme; There seems to be no solid plans surrounding the graduate scheme, which was introduced somewhat as an afterthought and has lacked any kind of 'steering' - The plans that were originally drawn up mid-way through the scheme haven't really materialized
- Socials; There aren't enough planned work socials, everything is arranged outside of work
- Roles; Both a pro and a con - Whilst the seeming lack of a fixed role allows you to experience different areas of the business and ensures that there is never a dull moment, the lack of clear structure can be frustrating at times with no clear direction
