Lots of good employee perks, while you are there they genuinely give the impression that they care about your welfare and work life.
Cons
Constantly shifting management, teams, structures. Everyone's job is at risk at all times, regardless of your seniority or ability. Amazing staff are let go in an attempt to give the shareholders better numbers. Undermines all of the talk about being a family and "rowing the boat" together.
