Really nothing to be proud of, everything is going downhill

There is no respect to any of the consultants, you're considered as a pat of the big machine that makes money to the company. They have a process called "FM University". The don't tell you anything about it during the interviews but if you fail this process then you're OUT. Managers have an old school managing method: work as hard as you can no matter what problem you have. I don't recommend it to anyone, you can't be happy in a similar company.

Culture was well established when I joined and in my opinion has progressed and improved even more- very welcoming and everyone is more than happy to help and friendly. Lots of opportunity for out of work socials and catching up with colleagues - including kicks off and trips to Paris/Dubai etc. It feels more like working with friends/family than work colleagues! I have been more than well supported by management/colleagues with many personal issues I've had in my time here. The work is a good challenge and gives you the opportunity to work well with complex problems and a powerful tool. I would recommend this company to anyone in my network,

Pay review - whilst salary rises in my experience have always been more than respectable - salary increase is always pre-determined with no room for negotiation.
