Pros

Rank and file colleagues are great to work with

Cons

Management prides itself in mental health coaching, but subjects staff to mental torture. Someone in management even posted in social media to boast about the incident "This evening, I sent an email to all our staff with the subject "Termination of Employment / Notice Period." It was accompanied by a WhatsApp message "An important email has been sent to you. I am sorry." The email read, "Dear XX, FY2020 has been a challenging year for many of us as we face Covid19 and an uncertain future. So we have to make a tough decision..." It wasn't a real email. Nobody was terminated, but this attempt at 'shock therapy' was supposed to 'assure' us that we were 'valued' in the organization, and Management thought it was a 'teachable moment' to stay humble and grateful. How about no? I'm out.

Pros

Willing to teach skills to all staff, identify gaps to help staff improve their weakness. Training Technology is advance and the founders/management walk the talk by doing training themselves. Credible clientile list. Provide regular developmental sessions and ensure all trainers have equal opportunity to take lead as camp chiefs.

Cons

Location for HQ is in far north. Long hours expected though they try their best not to touch non working days.
