It is a slow process, but one in which I believe we are making progress. Since the beginning, FUTREND has always publicly recognized and rewarded employees. At two all-hands meetings each year, I recognize and give awards to top performers. I fully recognize that it is FUTREND employees who provide the services and solutions to help clients meet their missions.
