As you have noted, growth only comes with growing pains, and FUTREND is no exception. It is a slow process, but one in which I believe we are making progress.
Since the beginning, FUTREND has always publicly recognized and rewarded employees. At two all-hands meetings each year, I recognize and give awards to top performers. I fully recognize that it is FUTREND employees who provide the services and solutions to help clients meet their missions. I am both grateful and proud when customers are satisfied with the performance of our company.
Thank you, also, for your feedback regarding the FUTREND management team. Please know that we are always working to improve, and to build a strong management team that shares our values, is committed to excellent customer service, and is dedicated to employee advancement. We regularly invest in professional development and management training, and will continue to do so.
