Pros

There are a large number of young people (Intern) here...

Cons

1. There is only have OT in this company. If you join this company, your life will be surrounded with lots of OT. 2. Bonding everywhere. If you accept the bonus in this company, you need to be bonded for 4 months. If you want to resign, another 3 months notice is required. So there are total 7 months required if you want to resign after accepting the bonus. 3. Salary != Workload. Keep hiring interns and fresh graduate to do permanent job. So all the things here have no quality and what they want is just to get the job done but lack of quality mindset. So you will be saw a lot of bugs everywhere in the application. 4. Barred companies after joining this company. This is the MOST RIDICULOUS thing I ever seen in the contract. If you joined this company, there will be a long list of companies that you cannot joined 3 years after your resigned. Some of them is not even have direct relation with this company and they just simply put inside the contract to prevent you from changing your job.

This is the author’s 7th post in a string of negative reviews. We would highlight that we have already addressed all the points raised in this post via responses to the author’s earlier posts. For easy reference, we will again clarify the true position on the misleading statements made:- 1. OT - There are the more challenging initiatives for those preferring an accelerated career path, and there are the more easy-going initiatives for those who prefer the relaxed path. The author was a top graduate who requested to be on the accelerated growth path, hence the string of negative posts when the author was unable to achieve expectations and the author’s pride wounded in the process. 2. Bonds and “barred" companies - As an organization with enterprise clientele, certain safeguards are required to protect the interests of clients , which could sometimes result in a moratorium on those involved in selected initiatives. Understandably this may cause confusion among some of our colleagues, but this is where we encourage an open discussion for both sides to understand the perspectives of both sides. Contrary to that mentioned, all companies listed have a direct relation with the company, but we concede that that author may genuinely be unaware of this given the author’s short tenure with the company. 3. Hiring of juniors and interns - We do encourage the inculcating of independence especially where fresh graduates are concerned, but our policies dictate that guidance should always be provided especially if new comers indicate that they are struggling. Our seniors do set more rigorous tests on individuals who have better academic results to heighten their sense of awareness that paper qualifications are different from practical exposure. 4. Advice to Management – The author alleges giving advice; no such conversation took place. We have however on numerous occasions advised the author to come forth with courage to address the author’s grievance with the company If the author is truly desirous for the overall staff to benefit from the author’s actions, but the author has shunned our invitation and request.
