Pros

Outstanding work/life balance, the chance to work on a broad variety of projects and get involved in every aspect of web site creation. I get along swimmingly with my boss and co-workers, and I've always felt "taken care of" here.

Cons

We face the same challenges I imagine are present at many small companies. Everyone has to jump in to help get projects moving from time to time, and you're truly responsible for your own workload.

Pros

There's a huge focus on communication amongst team members. We are encouraged to get to know everyone's role at the box and learn the tasks of others so that we are able to help our team members when needed. Fusionbox strengthens the team by treating it like a family. When an issue ever does arise, our bosses calls together a 'house meeting' or a 'state of the union'. It's important that management understands work/life balance and at Fusionbox, management makes it clear that they don't want you working over 40 hours a week. We're always going out to lunch or come together to do fun activities such as going to sport games, clue rooms, batting cages, and paintball!

Cons

There's only street parking or lot parking. Parking is not included as a benefit. Working downtown can be hard to find parking, but Fusionbox seems like the kind of culture that encourages their employees to not drive to work to better the environment.

Pros

Fusionbox offers a great place to work and be creative. Not to mention the people are really nice. The projects can vary wildly and communication between programmers and designers is very good.

Cons

The owner and VP are hard to read, some times they seem fake, like they're playing a part. They have difficulty communicating with the employees what their needs are, especially design-wise. Most employees understand them because of working with them for so long, but if you're new look out for this.
