Pros

1. Salary hike is good . 2. Colleagues are good as everyone having similar pain so they can understand each other truly. 3. After leaving this organization, you won't be having that passion to work into IT sector.

Cons

1. You need to understand that employees are not Donkeys, they have all the respect, if you are joining this organization, you have to keep in mind that whoever you are , you have to suffer with disrespect from Manager . 2. They even hold the salary and won't give you when we desperately need it. 3. 12 hours working is minimum and normal here, entry time is fixed, exit time is not 4. If you are a fresher , u need a mentor more and a manager less ... They are very much concerned about work done at any cost, and not employee grooming 5. If you want to leave the organization, then u need to keep this in mind too that your notice period days will be like hell as they won't leave a single chance to humiliate you for no reason. 6. Mental torture, unhealthy atmosphere, all the employees are so afraid with the manager and upper management don't have a guts to take some action against him. 7. HR there is of no use, no authority, no decision making ....nothing .... 8. You ll feel that the person who's working in your house as a maid have lot more respect than you working as an employee in this organization. 9. Rules are different for all the employees, depends on your productivity, if you are good for them financially then you can manipulate the rules otherwise they are strict.

We already have a structured ramp-up program in place with key focus on guided live project exposure and mentorship. With the changing industry norms, we have already transitioned our working model to a hybrid one so the employees can maintain their work life balance. Also, base location is no more a barrier for us. Regarding your feedback on biasness & mishandling employee emotions, these are subjective in nature and we are open to perspectives & discussions. We would like to hear your story. The company is growing at a fast pace, we work in a thriving disruptive set-up, it is not always perfect, but we try hard & are committed to the fact that unpleasant encounters, such as experienced by you, are handled in the best possible way. Close, family feel; contract terms always met or exceeded; encouraged to work independently and creatively; NOT micromanaged; easy collaboration with other team members

Cons

Workload varies, so it can be very heavy at times; resource limitations present challenges; Time differences between team members can limit communication occasionally
