      Pros

      - wonderful people with fantastic culture - some management is absolutely fantastic - supportive, caring, good at listening to issues and actually fixing them - great office space with hybrid/flexible working hours - great onboarding, very supportive team to help you settle in and grow, - very positive space to be in for learning and working. - Reviews are 2 times a year and EDPs are very good

      Cons

      - some management is not fantastic. They don't care about your problems despite pretending to, and refuse to change anything despite feedback from multiple people - Pay is very mid. Despite promotions the raises didn't match up and were behind market rate. - Review process seems inconsistent. If the team does well you will all get a raise, meaning individual hard work can feel like it means nothing.
